Morning has broken

It was lovely this morning. High humidity—100%—coupled with a quite a bit of rain in the evening last night created wonderful misty sunbeams throughout my yard as the sun rose through the trees and garden. I tried to capture its beauty.

To me it looks like this tree is doing its “Oh what a beautiful morning” salutation dance amongst the bee balm!

A spider decided it was a fine morning to spin a web on the railing around the pool. He picked a lovely spot by the day lilies.

Comments:

Glad you got these. I saw some nice sun rays driving out of the driveway and down the road a bit, too.

Oh so so pretty!! I love the spider. What a calming beautiful morning!

I think June mornings are special everywhere.

Very nice photos.

(PS sometimes, to get the word verif to work, I have to use spaces, if the word isn’t left justified…)

So very lovely.

That 2nd shot makes me think of Bambi when when he bursts into a clearing and joyfully shouts “The meadow!”

I guess the spider can be Charlotte? I’m wondering if I need to quit hanging out with so many kids? lol

Jess, yes it was lovely!

Becky, thank you! As to the word verif, I think you are the only one it is giving fits to ... I don’t know why. If you ever want to leave a comment and can’t, just email me the comment and I will post it for you. I’d rather do that than have you not leave one!

Susie, we do have “Bambis” around for sure. That would really have made the photo if a deer had come and stood there for me. wink The spider can be anyone you want it to be. By noon the web was gone, swept away be the breeze.

If I listen real close…I can hear the orchestra playing in the background…so pretty

Beautiful pictures as always!

Oooooh!  The Bee Balm photo is gorgeous!  I am always fascinated by spider webs!

Debra, Katie (good to see you here again!) and Jan: thank you!
