i’m new to this forum, but i thought i’d post a picture of my tiny cheese-aging fridge:

it’s a little ridiculous, but it seems to work pretty well and maintains a decent level of humidity.

for about $100. it is partly made of plastic, but seems solid. it has a handle on top, and an adapter for plugging it into your car cigarette lighter, should you want to take your cheese on the road :).

Hopefully this site works for you. I’ve got it marked as a favorite. It has only a few cheese recipes, but lots of information in general.
