I’m a mid 30’s female, who only recently became interested in cheesemaking.  I used to own my own bakery,  but now am cook in a hospital kitchen.  I’m married to a Dutchman, and have 2 daughters.  We live on a ranch which is about 2560 acres.  We raise beef cattle.  I’m thinking about buying a Jersey cow of my own so that I will have a source of raw milk.  I love to read..and make things that are unusual for people to make themselves.
