I am a England Born South African bred guy, married to the most amazing American woman, I have three kids 10 moths old 5 year old and 7 year old. I returned to the UK in 2001 due to the very high levels of violence violence in South Africa, i seriously did not like walking around with a pistol in my pocket. I love cooking and especially the South African dishes that one does not get in the UK. Due to working from home i have plenty of time on my hands and have decided to try Cheese makingr.
