Just got notice of this new source for cheese making supplies. Is a hobbiest/retail arm of dairyconnection.com which caters to commercial cheese makers. So, their stuff should be good.

I checked it out briefly.  My first impression is that, as far as supplies, they are a bit more limited than NECS.  Prices are similar - some higher, some lower.  It is nice, however, to have another source.  Thanks for the info.
