You may have noticed that I’ve done a pretty major upgrade to the underlying technology that drives my web sites and this forum. I’ll be tweaking this over the coming weeks, but I think everything is working okay. If you have any problems at all, let me know by email: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Thanks for your support and patience.

Now, back to cheese topics! grin

Okay, thanks for letting me know. Not sure what would cause that, but the hosting company has been having problems this week off-and-on. Anyway, let me know if you have any more issues.

Nabil, can you provide a bit more detail? Which forum (cheese, I assume). Is it a new post or a reply that doesn’t work? Any details you can give me to understand what you are doing and seeing is helpful.

Thanks.

I’m fine. How is everyone? It is a bit quiet here. I hope to get back to cheese making soon, but just too busy for the last long while.

I’m fine too. Got back into the groove last week with a mozzarella and looking forward to making some hard cheeses soon with the summer milk.

Funny you should ask ... smile I’m going to have a go at a Tomme de Savoie (strictly speaking a semi-hard cheese I believe) which I have not attempted before. Any advice welcome (a tried and true recipe would be great!)

Cheers, Phil
