But salmon (I’ll taste my 2nd batch tomorrow), cheese, chicken , almonds, bacon so far.
I prefer cold to hot smoking, I think it is healthier.

Cool ! been wanting a smoker for years but hard to do in an apartment lol.

Only in summer.

ANd to avoid annoying the neighbours with the smoke smell (which I personnally like), throw in a few juniper berries in, it seems to work).
