I have a small cheese fridge. It stays about 75% humidity. I tried to increase this with a dish of water on a shelf but it did not work. Any suggestions?

It’s not easy to do.  If you don’t have solid shelves, you might try hanging a damp cloth through the wires of the shelves.  Perhaps even have it dipped into the bowl of water on the bottom to act as a wick.  Remember, though, the more moisture you have, the sooner you’ll have mold growing.  Periodic cleaning will be required.  Some pics would be nice!!!!

Cheese fridge, you can see the rag I put up to add humidity. Will wait till tomorrow to see if there is a change.

That looks nice; but you’ll soon be in the same boat as me - you’re gonna need more room!
