Starting out with Feta

My first batch of cheese will be Feta. I found a local dairy that has homogenized fresh milk. I bought a Cheese mold ,butter muslin, Mesophilic and rennet. I have a recipe that shows this is all I’ll need. Is this correct? A better recipe would be greatly appreciated

Sorry, I’ve been out of touch for a while.  I haven’t made Feta personally - I’m a hard cheese guy.  But it does sound like you have everything you need.  Your milk supply sounds good - next best thing to actual raw milk.  If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.  I’ll try to be more attentive.
