A few months ago I made a Colby with bacon bits.  Having made one with diced ham, and really loving it, I thought I’d try bacon as well.  I made a mistake, however.  I gave a chunk of it to a friend before I even tried it myself.  Word spread quickly, and the whole wheel was gone within a couple days.  Not only that, but I now have orders for 8 other people who want some too.  From this, I have to assume that it’s a hit.
