  1. I like the dishes!  Very cheery.  I need some cookware like that - I have such limited storage space in my kitchen.  I keep all my pots and pans (that I use on a regular basis) stacked up on top of my stove anyway.

  2. PS I think you still have some issues with the server or the setup.  I tried to logout and was told I’m not authorized to perform this action!  grin

  3. C, we don’t want you to leave us wink Thanks for the message about logout problems, I’ll look into it.

  4. Your supply list is similar to ours, except we carry just two knives…a chef’s and a paring. We have two collapsible bowls, one like yours, and a larger one. I really like to wash dishes outside, and they are great to use for wash and rinse. We have two tiny wine glasses (like the kind they use in a cheap Italian restaurant!) And our two metal camping metal coffee cups. Beer goes into the coffee cups when we have to be discreet.

Seems like every time we are out, we add something, then take something out.  Less is better, for us. I get really aggravated if I have to shuffle through too much stuff!

Have fun. Bet you can’t wait to hit the road.

  5. Judy, I think you are right about the knives, but we will need three, I think: chef’s, paring, and serrated. It is nice having a serrated knife for cutting some breads or splitting rolls for burgers. I think the fourth knife is a fillet knife that we have laying around but probably won’t need. (Except maybe cleaning fish? wink ) Coffee cups. We have not gotten coffee cups yet…

  6. Forgot that we do have two old serrated steak knives that we also carry (on the dim hope that we will ever eat steak on the road.) They come in handy for bread and tomatoes.  Setting up the camper is such fun - we deliberated over each little item. Crazy.
