Are my ingredients still good?

Hi Folks,

I got a cheese kit last Christmas, and still haven’t gotten around to making cheese.

The rennet has been in the fridge, and the cultures in the freezer.

Are these things still good?

Going from what I’ve read, Slim, they wouldn’t be.  You could try, just don’t be upset if they don’t work - and don’t give up

My experience, if its in the freezer then its fine, if its in the back of the fridge it should be good for 2 years if its good quality.
