Oops… sorry to all! That was a little rude of me coming on asking questions without an introduction!
I’m Rick, and am located in Rockford, Michigan. I’m a young 54 and my wife and I have been making sausage and sauerkraut for many years. Even dabbled in beer making for a while until I noticed my sons were getting more of the result than I was!
I’m the one who now has the wild bug to get into cheese making! The wife, bless her heart, is supporting me all the way!
