As I’m a newbie am I allowed to make a request? Hope so!
There is an area on this forum called ‘Recipes’ to date it’s empty.
Would it be possible for some of you experienced folks to post your successful recipes here? It will help and give us some area to experiment with.
Thanks in advance.

Ask and you shall receive…
I just posted my favorite recipe.
A swiss style cheese from an E-how post.
The results are always nice and if done properly, close to perfect.

I have searched for some time, found one or two posts in the ‘Cheese Making Discussion’ but I’m referring to the’Recipes’ area on the main page.
A logical place to put them so they’re easier to find. grin

Some of you may have bookmarked deep, so if you click on “Home Cheesemaking” in the breadcrumb at the top of the page, you will be taken back a level and there is a place there to document cheese recipes and recipes of things made with cheese.

There are a number here, but I would rather stay on the forum than go running all over the web.
We could I suppose just post links to all the sites with recipes on, but I wanted to hear from the forum ‘amateurs’ who have worked their own recipes. It will allow us to ask questions, especially when we foul up using one of the recipes.
Also they will be available all the time for reference, not buried in posts and hard to find.
Which is why I asked the forum members to post their good ones. Perhaps they’re all shy red face
