All of a sudden I have all these questions. I’m so excited about the B. Linens on my Stilton that I want more, and want them on a washed rind cheese. I love these cheeses and you know, the stinkier the better! Do any of you make them? I have Recipes for Meunster and Limberger but want to know if anyone has any other recipes I should try.

Hmmm…I thought about buying some. What about washing with brandy, beer, etc?

Is there an advantage to buying the B. Linens over using beer, wine, brandy…?

Thanks! I have four soft cheeses on their way today. I think maybe I’ll conduct myself a little experiment with one of them. Wa ha ha.
