At long last I have made my Cheese Press yesterday, a very simple one, but it should do the job.
And just to test it out, I have made a couple of Stiltons. Pressed overnight with 4.5 kilos.

Looks great, Andrew. Simple but effective. The cheeses look perfect.

I have seen that design at a few places on the net, but it was your pics that finally got me motivated, thanks for the incentive.
