I made a Leicester yesterday - my first in over 4 years.  Now I’m wondering just how to pronounce it.  Not being a Brit, I’m at a loss here.  Is it “Lester” or “Laister,” or “Laykester”.  I know the British pronunciation is frequently somewhat different than American or Canadian English.  Is anyone familiar enough with the Queen’s English to steer me in the right direction here?

Thanks, Neil.  I’ve actually been calling it that, but I was unsure.  Living in Arkansas does things for one’s pronunciation!
