You may have noticed that while I’m keeping the forums up and active, I have not posted much. The reason is that I’m not making any cheese this winter.

Lynne and I are in the midst of planning and executing a move from Colorado to New Jersey, and cheese making is not in the plan for now. I hope to start again once we are settled there. And, we look forward to finding sources for cow and goat milk as well as learning to deal with the higher humidity.
