I am about to make some brie. Does anyone know what the proportions are to rehydrate white mold powder for a spray bottle? The packet doesn’t say and also the method.Any help would be great thanx

i never used mould powder, i use cheese cuts of white mold.

but i guess put the neeed amount “as it said in the cheese recipe”, put in small portion of milk for few hours then add inside the milk before rennet…

later on u can use very very small amount of powder which have been in little water for few hours on the cheese , optional, do not over spray ur cheese
