Sam I Am

My heart is broken. We said good-bye to our big Sam today. He passed at home after a brave battle.

No other words tonight. Just sadness.

Dear Sam,
We loved spending some last little bit of time with you, and so glad we got to say goodbye. Just didn’t think it would be this soon. Rest now, beautiful boy, you are peaceful and painfree.

I know how sad you will be feeling at this moment in time - remember all the love and joy Sam brought into your lives and you into his. RIP Sam.

Thank you all for your condolences, both by email and here on the blog. I am missing my big guy so much. I’ll be doing a tribute to him when I’m ready.
